Courier Service
We ship internationally via UPS Express, DHL, or FED EX. Since pricing does not differ between one courier to another, we preselected UPS Express as our preferred courier at check out. If your order volume is more than 1 cubic meter and depending on your location, you may inquire about sea shipping.

Order Processing Time
After you place an order, we will review, process and ship in stock products within 24-48 working hours. Any out of stock items will be refunded to you and you will receive an email confirmation in regards to a refund.

Transit and Delivery Time
In transit time to the United States takes an estimate of 5-7 Business Days. Transit time globally takes about 7-12 Business Days by DHL/FedEx/UPS. All in all, delivery time (from when the order is placed to when it will be delivered) will take about 1-2 weeks to the USA and 2-3 weeks for all other countries.

Shipping Cost
The heavier the package, the more discount you'll receive! This is because postage is calculated by weight, so the more you send at once, the cheaper the shipping cost will be per kg. The shipping cost can vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country. You may preview the shipping cost during check out, before making a payment.

Local and import taxes may apply in some countries and are not included in the displayed amount. The purchaser or recipient of the cargo is responsible for all such taxes and duties.
